HDC MidAtlantic recently acquired Norriswood Apartments, an affordable apartment community located in Norristown, Pa., for working families, seniors, and friends and neighbors living with disabilities.
Built in 1962, Norriswood Apartments is located at 1828 Arch Street and includes 42 one-bedroom, one-bath homes for rent. Amenities include laundry facilities, off-street parking, as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance.
Prospective residents apply through the Montgomery County Housing Authority.
Norriswood Apartments is the first property HDC MidAtlantic owns and manages in Montgomery County, Pa., and marks a milestone in the organization’s long-term vision to expand its mission and services.
