Phase 1 College Avenue Development
The development at 213 College Avenue is Phase 1 of a larger plan to redevelop the former UPMC/St. Joseph’s hospital site into a mixed-use site. We have been working diligently on this development over the last few years and were thrilled to break ground on Phase 1 in January 2024. This development is meeting the need for affordable housing in Lancaster and aligns with the priorities defined in the Lancaster County Places 2040 plan, the Lancaster City Alliance Building on Strength, and the City of Lancaster Interim Housing Strategy.
Phase 2 will focus on the adaptive reuse of the Delp Wing of the St. Joseph’s Hospital main campus, in partnership with Milagro House.
Phase 3 will be new construction of affordable apartments at 838 Marietta Ave.
