The Apartments at College Avenue is in the City of Lancaster, PA, in the West End neighborhood at 213 College Avenue on the site of the former UPMC hospital. Phase One of the development will not only provides a unique and rare opportunity for new affordable housing but ensures that everyone can participate in and benefit from the transformation of the West End at College Avenue. Built in a vibrant, diverse, mixed-income part of the city that has been subject to considerable investment by local businesses and organizations in recent years; the community represents a true area of opportunity for low-income residents, adding 48 one-bedroom apartments and 16 two-bedroom apartments.
